Pricing T&C’s
- Quotations are valid for 4 weeks.
- Introductory offer – 50% discount available for new customers and payable in full at the time of sign up.
- No refunds given if vacating within the introductory period.
- Pricing and offers may change from time to time, please check in store for the most up to date pricing.
- Quotations are issued based on your requested size. By providing you with a quotation we are not confirming this is a suitable size for your requirements. Please ensure you speak to a member of staff and view units before signing up.
Storage T&C’s
- Minimum stay – 2 weeks
- 14 days notice required to vacate. This is a chargeable period.
- Storage contract is to be signed and payment made in full before the unit can be accessed
- ID Must be provided
- Storer must be over 18
- Unit sizes are approximate. Units sizes may vary slightly and it is the customers responsibility to ensure the unit is suitable for requirements before sign up.
- Customer may transfer units at anytime should requirements change

Payment T&C’S
- Payments are to be made in full and on time in accordance with the storage contract. We accept Credit/debit card, cash, standing order, bank transfer or pay by link.
- Payments via Future Pay – If opting for Future Pay as your ongoing payment method –
- Future Pay links are set up via our provider Worldpay
- Future Pay recurring payments will be set up as per the payment frequency and amount stated on your storage contract. Issued at the time of sign up
- Your payment frequency for recurring payments will not change once set up.
- Recurring payments will continue for the same amount until cancelled or changes to your storage contract are discussed
- Future pay link will be cancelled immediately upon terminating your storage contract and no further charges will be processed. Confirmation of this will be sent via email.
- You can cancel this payment method at anytime by contacting us at dudleyinfo@anchorselfstorage.co.uk. If you still hold a storage contract with us, you will need to arrange alternative methods of payment.
