Each of our offices are self contained within our grounds and are accessible 24 hours a day.
Our site benefits from 24 hour security systems and FREE, secure, onsite parking.
We take pride in the appearance of our site and our premises, so each office is light, bright and airy and finished to a high standard.
All our offices have electrical sockets and light fittings. They are fully decorated in neutral tones, in-keeping with the internal decoration throughout the rest of the building. A gas central heating system is fitted throughout the communal areas and offices so the entire business centre remains warm.
Each office has access to our communal kitchen and washroom facilities.
Our security team monitor the Business Park using our state of the art CCTV systems, fitted both internally and externally, filling you with the confidence that the entire estate and your goods are safe and secure. The CCTV footage is recorded 24 hours a day and can be viewed should the need arise.
Services
You have full use of the toilets and washroom facilities, two of which are located on the ground floor. Additional to this, there is a kitchenette located on the first floor, which you also have full use of.
Parking
This suite is allocated 1 parking bay. If more are required, then please notify a member of staff up on enquiry.
Terms
Rent is payable monthly, in advance.
Fees
ALL utilities, i.e. gas water and electricity, are included within your rental charge. If you require a landline or broadband line, then you are responsible for any charges this may incur.
Service Charge
NO service charges.
If you are expecting a delivery, but are not going to be present when it arrives, just notify a member of staff beforehand and we will gladly accept on your behalf, at no extra charge to yourself. You also benefit from an in-house cleaner, once per week to clean down the communal areas. Each suite also has it’s own post box, clearly marked and located in the foyer.
